Marcus Munk concentrates his practice primarily on construction and consultant law and dispute resolution. Marcus also works with real estate law and transactions, and has extensive experience in assisting property owners, construction companies, consultants, and other companies, as well as organizations and agencies with ongoing advice in current real estate projects.

Marcus has broad experience handling extensive infrastructure projects within tunnel, railway, and road construction, including the preparation and review of agreements. He also represents clients before the General Court and in arbitration proceedings. He also holds courses in construction and consultant law.
