Overview

Hanna Sundberg is a lawyer and partner at Kilpatrick. Hanna is part of the firm’s Real Estate and Transactions practice group. Represented Bohild Fastigheter in its acquisition of 13 residential properties in Älmhult and Osby with a total lettable area of 36,600 square meters from Bostads AB Sydkusten.
Represented Niam in a forward funding transaction regarding the acquisition of 193 rental apartments under development, located in Huskvarna in Jönköping municipality.
Representing Brunswick Real Estate which, on behalf of Sveafastigheter Fersen AB, sold a property in Stockholm with hotel, gym and restaurant operations comprising a lettable area of approximately 8,600 sqm to Botrygg.
Represented Bohild Fastigheter in its acquisition of a medical center comprising a lettable area of 2,700 square meters in Falun from Kopparstaden.

Regularly represents a real estate company in the industrial and logistics segment in its acquisition of properties in Greater Stockholm.
Represented Akka Egendom in its acquisition of a residential portfolio consisting of 21 properties in Skåne from Heimstaden.
Represented Bohild Fastigheter in two transactions in its acquisition of four properties with a total of 157 apartments located in Borlänge and Falun from Englundsbostäder and a private individual respectively.
Represented Niam in a forward funding transaction regarding the acquisition of 86 rental apartments and 66 parking spaces under development in Botkyrka from Peab.
Represented Brunswick Real Estate which, on behalf of Sveafastigheter Fersen AB, sold a portfolio of elderly care properties in Boden comprising a lettable area of approximately 62,000 square meters to Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ).
