Jens Nilsson focuses on public procurement, commercial agreements and dispute resolution. He regularly assists Swedish and international clients in all phases of a procurement, as well as regarding matters during the performance of public contracts. Jens also brings extensive experience in contract drafting, dialogues and negotiations. He frequently counsels in procurement related disputes such as in connection with review of procurements and validity of contracts.
