Drafted and reviewed construction contracts and administrative instructions for various clients, including some of Sweden’s largest property owners
Provided ongoing project advice to property companies and contractors in a number of major construction and infrastructure projects
Represented Swedish and international property companies and contractors in disputes
Assisted in real estate transactions, including transactions of ongoing construction projects, such as the following:
- Assisted EQT Exeter in a forward funding transaction regarding the acquisition of a residential area in Flemingsberg consisting of 400 apartments from ByggVesta.
- Assisted Niam in a forward commitment transaction regarding the acquisition of 86 rental apartments and 66 parking spaces under development in Botkyrka from Peab.
- Assisted Fastighets AB Hemmaplan in its acquisition of Gottsunda Centrum from Uppsala Stadshus (Uppsala City Hall).
Represented contractors and suppliers in legal review procedures of public procurements concerning e.g., construction and infrastructure projects
