  • Counsel for a European contractor in court proceedings against a subcontractor regarding maritime concrete works.
  • Counsel for a client in arbitration against the contractor regarding the building of a logistics facility.
  • Advisor for a property developer regarding an extensive housing project, including contract drafting, questions of liability and health and safety matters.
  • Advisor for a housing company on a number of inter-connected projects concerning housing, commercial property and waste management facilities.
