Matti Scheffer focuses his practice on commercial rental law, real estate law, and dispute resolution. He advises domestic and international companies on all contentious and non-contentious matters relating to real estate law and commercial rental law, including real estate transaction agreements, lease agreements, lease negotiations and related landlord/tenant agreements, lease terminations or extension agreements, property management agreements, leasing agent agreements, sale and leasebacks, valuation issues, etc.
Matti regularly teaches courses in commercial rental law for several leading training providers. He also works closely with the Swedish Bar Association to determine new policy and legislation on rental and lease law.
