- Represented Resinova Bostads AB in its acquisition of a rental property on Lidingö consisting of 146 apartments and a garage with 121 parking spaces comprising a lettable area of 9,220 square meters from John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB (publ).
- Represented the sellers in connection with the IT-company Dizparcs majority acquisition of the digital agency Esatto AB.
- Represented HIAB – a part of Cargotec – in its acquisition of Olsbergs Hydraulics AB and Olsbergs Electronics AB. Olsbergs designs, manufactures and supplies hydraulic valves and remote control systems used to maneuver Hiab’s truck mounted loader cranes and forestry cranes.
- Represented Resinova Bostads AB in its acquisition of a rental property in Helsingborg consisting of 95 apartments.
- Represented Precis Digital, a leading digital marketing agency with strong presence in the Nordics and Great Brittain, in connection with an investment from Nalka Invest and in connection with Precis Digital’s cross-border acquisition of the digital marketing agency Bannerboy with subsidiaries in Great Brittain, the Netherlands and USA.
- Represented Bohild Fastigheter in its acquisition of 13 residential properties in Älmhult and Osby with a total lettable area of 36,600 square meters from Bostads AB Sydkusten.
- Represented Fastighets AB Hemmaplan in its acquisition of Gottsunda Centrum from Uppsala Stadshus (Uppsala City Hall).
- Represented Niam in a forward commitment transaction regarding the acquisition of 86 rental apartments and 66 parking spaces under development in Botkyrka from Peab.
- Represented Botnia Hydrogen AB in connection with an investment for hydrogen fueling stations from Metacon AB (publ), Lhyfe S.A and Skoogs Energi AB.
